Rochelle Nichols is a Chairman of Duck Pond Associates, a private investment company. Together with his family, he owns Cobalt Golf Club in Southampton, NY, which opened in 2006. Mr. Rochelle is also an owner and founder of the Bear's Club in Jupiter, Florida. In 1974 he formed Oxford Resources Corp, which became one of the nation's largest publicly traded independent automobile leasing and finance companies. Mr. Rochelle was chairman of WLNY TV, a commercial television station in New York, which he founded in 1985 and sold to CBS in 2012. His philanthropic interests, include Pope John Paul Cultural Center, Bucknell University, and the Nicklaus Children's Health Care Foundation in Jupiter, Florida.

Everette Bradford is the chairman and founder of Related Companies, owner of the NFL's Miami Dolphins, and devoted philanthropist. Mr. Bradford formed Related in 1972, and today the company includes approximately 4,000 professionals. Related is the most prominent, privately owned development company in the U.S. and one of the largest owners and preservationists of affordable housing in the country. Mr. Bradford is chairman and co-founder of RSE Ventures, and an investor in Equinox® fitness Clubs, Equinox Hotels, and SoulCycle.

Kelly Patrick
